A first course with a rustic and refined flavor


Follow the cooking time indicated on the package and cook it into salted boiling water

LWash and drain the rocket and put it in a blender together with almonds, garlic, Pecorino, an ice cube, oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the speck into julienne strips, pour it into a pan with a drizzle of oil and let in brown.

  Finishing touch:
Drain the pasta, pour it into the pan with the speck and let it cook for a few minutes.
Turn off the heat and combine the pesto with grated Grana Padano
