Rustic tartlets with plums and speck

Ideal for a tantalizing aperitif with a Trentino flavor


Heat the oven to 220°.
Cut the dough, without drying it out, firstly into strips and then into small pieces.
Give each piece the “boat-shape”, about 6-8 cm long.
Arrange them on a baking plate covered with oven paper and leave it to rise for about 10 minutes.

Wrap a plum in each slice of speck and place them on a plate.

 Finishing touch:
Brush the tartlets with beaten egg and stuff them with the filling.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve them warm on a serving dish.
