Carne Salada rolls with mascarpone

Delicious snacks with a delicate flavor

Process:

  Filling:
Finely chop a stick of celery. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with fondue, the truffled mushroom cream and the chopped celery.

  Rolls:
Cut the Carne Salada into thin slices and distribute a little filling on each slice.
Roll up the meat and pack the dumplings.

  Finishing touch:
Cut the remaining celery into julienne strips and arrange the mixed salad previously seasoned with oil and salt in the center of each plate.
Arrange the dumplings on the salad and season with a little bit of oil, pepper and salt.
Complete with the toasted almond and the celery julienne.
