Carne Salada carpaccio with apple and walnuts

 Process:

  Seasoning:
Cut the apple into cubes, peel the walnuts and chop the kernels.

  Carpaccio:
Finely slice the Carne Salada and arrange it on a serving dish.
Sprinkle it with apples and walnuts, season with oil and a little bit of lemon juice.
Complete the dish with some chopped parsley.
