A story full of authenticity and flavour.




Love for the homeland, passion and experience: these are the values that inspired the founders, Francesco and Angelo Gasperi, in giving life to the “Fratelli Gasperi” delicatessen shop on January 3, 1947.

New generations

Time goes by, generations change, but the love for tradition and the strong bond with the territory remain constant.

After 25 years the company expands and the Ferrari family joins the Gasperi one, forming the team that still leads the company today.

The new entrances and the good development of the company led to the opening, in 1980, of a larger plant a few hundred meters norther, always in Vigo Rendena.
This location is nowadays the registered office, the production unit and the company shop, open to the public.

and products’ success

In 2007 Salumificio Val Rendena celebrates 60 years of activity with the opening of a second plant dedicated to the speck production, with a total 6.000 mq area available for the production units (4.500 used and 1.500 still free) and about 9.000 mq of uncovered surface.
